Overview

Monaco is a twelve story resort complex at Caloundra with extensive views of Golden Beach.

Whybird were structural and civil engineers for the project.

The structure comprises flat plate slabs supported by precast walls for the upper floors. The ground floor transfer slab is a flat plate partially post tensioned slab which was designed in house. The basement has two levels with precast perimeter retaining walls and uplift basement slab.
